There's no question that Roland DG Inkjets combine performance with legendary Roland reliability. As further proof of their reliability, Roland DG is pleased to offer a Three and Five-Year "Heads and all Warranty" program for selected products.

When you register your Roland DG Inkjet Printing system product within 30 days of installation, you are eligible for an additional 2 or 4 years of Roland DG Care Extended on-site service guarantee. All you have to do is ensure that your inkjet system uses our premium ECO-SOL MAX™ inks and is serviced regularly and in accordance with the product maintenance schedule booklet by authorised Roland Service personnel.

The extended warranty is available only to products and parts as published by Roland DG - Extended Warranty Products List (PDF). All extended warranty claims must be received by an authorised Roland Dealer and then approved by Roland DG.

Extended warranty can be transferred if a product changes ownership during the warranty period, however this must be done with prior written approval directly given by Roland DG Australia.
